Safety is of paramount importance to 3WAYS RCS. We hold a rigid policy on Health and Safety. We have a dedicated Health and Safety Management
team who maintain the highest standards. We are link up approved and Quality Registered to BS ISO 9001.
3WAYS RCS are committed to providing and maintaining a safe environment for our employees, site visitors and the public.
Our personnel are fully trained, instructed and supported ensuring that they are competent to undertake the tasks assigned to them.
Our practices and procedures comply with Health & Safety Executive guidelines, implement new innovative safety procedures and use up-to-date safety
equipment to minimise the potential dangers inherent in construction works.
Regular inspections are carried out by our full time Health and Safety Manager.
Employee involvement in health and safety is actively encouraged through our Health & Safety Employee Committee which includes a number of
volunteer employees from across the business who meet quarterly, under the chairmanship of our Health and Safety Manager, to discuss their concerns
and ideas. This forum has proposed a number of initiatives including standardising the Company’s spill kits, introducing standard kit bags (for all PPE
and Corporate Clothing) and improving the standard of welfare facilities provided on sites. We are committed to working safely.
3Ways RCS have Network Rail 365 Safety Behavioural Change Specialists’ on our team who regularly meet with both our workforce and clients to discuss
issues and deliver safety briefs. We strongly believe in “Silence is Consent” and encourage our staff to ensure Safe Working at all times.
Our Managers undertake IOSH Managing Safely training and all operatives undertake IOSH Working Safely training.
We monitor our health and safety performance through a number of key performance indicators and seek to continuously improve with the ultimate
aim of having zero accidents.
